Pickup and delivery options

Auto Marketplace supports click-and-collect and delivery zones for eligible orders. Available methods, timing, and fees depend on the selected products, customer location, and the result of staff stock confirmation.

Click-and-collect

Pickup orders are confirmed after the team checks product availability and prepares the collection details. Customers should wait for pickup confirmation before travelling to collect an order.

Delivery zones

Delivery fees and available locations are managed by zone. Some addresses, bulky lighting products, remote locations, or fleet quantities may require a manual delivery quote before the order can be fulfilled.

Stock confirmation before fulfillment

Because supplier systems are not connected by live API or POS feed, paid orders can enter a pending confirmation stage. If an item cannot be supplied, the team may offer a substitute, a backorder option, a delivery adjustment, or a refund-required outcome.

Business deliveries

Business buyers should include site access notes, preferred delivery windows, invoice requirements, purchase-order references, and acceptable substitute brands when sending a Request Quote.
