Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in PGK unless stated otherwise. Auto Marketplace may correct obvious pricing, availability, or product information errors before fulfillment. If an error affects a paid order, the team may contact the customer to confirm an adjustment, substitution, backorder, cancellation, or refund-required outcome.

Stock confirmation

Supplier stock is checked manually. Online availability labels are a guide and are not a guarantee of final fulfillment until Auto Marketplace confirms the order or quote. Supplier and source details are managed internally.

Orders and payments

Checkout orders may enter a paid pending confirmation stage while the team checks stock and prepares fulfillment. If an item cannot be supplied, Auto Marketplace may offer a substitute, backorder, adjusted delivery option, cancellation, or refund-required status.

Request Quote

A Request Quote is not a final order until the quote, invoice, purchase order, payment terms, delivery requirements, and product availability are accepted and confirmed. Business buyers should include accurate quantities, company information, delivery instructions, and invoice notes.
